The inverted equipment transporting and mounting bracket comprises a base, a transporting assembly, a lower-layer frame, a support, an upper-layer frame and a control module, the lower-layer frame is arranged at the upper end of the base through the transporting assembly, the upper-layer frame is arranged at the upper end of the lower-layer frame, the support is arranged between the upper-layer frame and the lower-layer frame, and the control module is arranged on the outer side of the base. To-be-mounted equipment is placed at the upper end of the upper frame; a lifting lug is pulled to enable the lower-layer frame to move to a designated position on a rail, a Z-axis hydraulic jacking oil cylinder is started, and the to-be-mounted equipment is lifted to the mounting surface; when the installation position is not correct, the adjustment distance and the parallelism difference value are obtained through the displacement sensor, programming is conducted on the PLC synchronous console, control signals are sent to the hydraulic oil cylinders through the PLC synchronous control substation, and fine adjustment operation in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction is conducted. Compared with a traditional hoisting installation mode, installation work can be carried out without welding a temporary lifting lug to the equipment to be installed, and the manufacturing quality and the installation precision of products are improved.

    本发明提出的是倒装设备运输及安装托架,包括底座、运输组件、下层框架、支承、上层框架和控制模块,下层框架通过运输组件设置在底座上端,上层框架设置在下层框架上端,支承设置在二者之间,控制模块设置在底座外侧,待安装设备放置在上层框架上端;通过拉拽吊耳使得下层框架在轨道上移动至指定位置,启动Z轴液压顶升油缸,使待安装设备上升至安装表面;当安装位置不正时,通过位移传感器获得调整距离和平行度差值,在PLC同步控制台编程,并通过PLC同步控制子站为各组液压油缸发送控制信号,进行X、Y、Z轴方向上的微调作业。相较于传统吊运安装方式,无需对待安装设备焊接临时吊耳便可进行安装工作,提高产品的制造质量和安装精度。
