Abstract

The invention discloses a modular maintenance device which comprises a first hollow module frame, a second hollow module frame, a plurality of stacking modules, a pushing frame and a steel wire rope lifting system. Through the first hollow module frame, the second hollow module and the stacking modules, the lifting system composed of the steel wire rope lifting system and the pushing frame drives the whole formed by the multiple stacking modules to move upwards; a to-be-installed space is formed on the inner side of the hollow support structure formed by the first hollow module frame and the second hollow module frame and below the whole formed by the multiple stacked modules, and a stacked module can be installed at the lower end of the whole formed by the multiple stacked modules. The module can be carried to a use site by one or two persons, can be quickly assembled, and is suitable for being used in a small space under the condition of interference of electrified equipment.

本发明公开了一种模块式检修装置，包括：第一空心模块架、第二空心模块架、若干个堆叠模块、推架以及钢丝绳上提系统。通过第一空心模块架、第二空心模块、堆叠模块，依靠钢丝绳上提系统、推架组成的上提系统带动若干个堆叠模块构成的整体上移，并在第一空心模块架、第二空心模块架构成的空心支架结构的内侧、若干个堆叠模块构成的整体的下方形成一个待安装空间，能够在若干个堆叠模块构成的整体的下端再安装一个堆叠模块，该装置均是由模块安装而成，一两个人就能够将模块搬运至使用场地，并能够快速的进行组装，适合小空间、存在带电设备干扰的情况使用。
