Abstract

The invention discloses roadway operation equipment and a lifting device thereof. The lifting device comprises a top connecting frame, a bottom connecting frame and at least one shear fork rod set arranged between the top connecting frame and the bottom connecting frame. Each scissors fork rod group comprises at least one group of left supporting rods and right supporting rods which are arranged in a crossed manner; all the left supporting rods of each shear fork rod set are connected through a first force bearing rod, all the right supporting rods of each shear fork rod set are connected through a second force bearing rod, a lifting driving cylinder is arranged between the first force bearing rod and the second force bearing rod, and when the lifting driving cylinder stretches out and draws back, the first force bearing rod and the second force bearing rod move in the opposite directions or in the opposite directions. The left supporting rod and the right supporting rod are driven to rotate relatively, and the scissor fork rod set ascends and descends. By optimizing the structure of the lifting device of the roadway operation equipment, the original connecting rod type lifting device is changed into the scissor type lifting device, so that the structure is more stable, and the lifting of the working platform is more stable.

本发明公开了一种巷道作业设备及其升降装置，升降装置包括顶部连接框、底部连接框及至少一组设于顶部连接框与底部连接框之间的剪叉杆组；每组剪叉杆组包括至少一组交叉设置的左支杆和右支杆；每组剪叉杆组的全部左支杆通过第一承力杆相连，且每组剪叉杆组的全部右支杆通过第二承力杆相连，第一承力杆和第二承力杆之间设有升降驱动缸，当升降驱动缸伸缩时，第一承力杆和第二承力杆相向运动或相背运动，带动左支杆和右支杆相对转动，剪叉杆组实现升降。本发明通过优化巷道作业设备的升降装置的结构，将升降装置由原有的连杆式改为剪刀式，结构更稳定，使工作平台升降更稳定。
