The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent parking, and provides a parking time-limited management method and system based on traffic flow analysis. The method comprises the following steps: determining a target area; activating an intelligent traffic system, and connecting a front-end information port of the target area according to the intelligent traffic system; obtaining a regional video information set; according to the intelligent traffic system, obtaining traffic flow historical data of the target area, wherein the traffic flow historical data are all provided with time marks; performing data mining based on the traffic flow historical data to obtain a historical traffic flow information set; analyzing in combination with the parking lot information in the target area to obtain historical parking data in the area; and performing parking time-limited management according to the historical parking data in combination with the regional video information set. The technical problems that in the prior art, parking order is not standard, and management of parking spaces needs to consume a large amount of manpower and material resources are solved, and the technical effects of reasonably maintaining traffic order and saving manpower and material resources are achieved.
