The invention discloses a traffic management and control method and system based on a path planning algorithm, and relates to the field of traffic management and control, and the method comprises the steps: integrating urban traffic resources of a target region, and building an urban traffic network with congestion management and control section marks; training a traffic planning model based on the urban traffic network by taking the road traffic capacity and the traffic efficiency as references and combining an A * search algorithm; road section monitoring information is read, self-adaptive traffic planning analysis is carried out in combination with a traffic planning model, a global planning scheme based on a blocked section is determined, and the self-adaptive traffic planning model is built in an intelligent traffic system; based on an intelligent traffic system, scheduling management and control execution of a global planning scheme is carried out; determining a feedback time node based on a predetermined time interval, and reading the road section monitoring information to determine a feedback execution effect; and if the feedback execution effect does not meet the expected management and control effect, generating a re-planning instruction to perform traffic management and control re-planning. Therefore, the technical effects of improving the traffic control efficiency and improving the response speed are achieved.

    本申请公开了基于路径规划算法的交通管控方法及系统,涉及交通管控领域,所述方法包括:整合目标区域的城市交通资源,搭建带有堵塞管控区段标注的城市交通网;以道路通行能力与交通效率为基准,结合A*搜寻算法训练基于城市交通网的交通规划模型;读取路段监控信息,结合交通规划模型进行自适应交通规划分析,确定基于堵塞区段的全局规划方案,自适应交通规划模型内置于智能交通系统;基于智能交通系统,进行全局规划方案的调度管控执行;确定基于预定时间间隔的反馈时间节点,读取路段监控信息确定反馈执行效果;若反馈执行效果不满足期望管控效果,生成复规划指令进行交通管控重规划。进而达成提升交通管控效率、提高响应速度的技术效果。
