The embodiment of the invention discloses an aircraft airfoil activity detection method, device and equipment and a medium, relates to the technical field of workpiece detection, and solves the technical problem of low aircraft airfoil activity detection efficiency in the prior art. The detection method comprises the steps of obtaining parameter information of a camera measurement system based on input information of the camera measurement system; the camera measurement system obtains a plurality of images of a target moving part in the rotation process at a preset frame rate, and obtains center coordinate values of coded mark points on the images; obtaining an angular velocity value of a shooting time point corresponding to each image based on the center coordinate value of the coded mark point on each image; obtaining an angular velocity matrix of the target moving part based on the angular velocity values of the shooting time points corresponding to the images; and based on the angular velocity matrix of the target moving part, judging whether the activity of the target moving part is qualified or not.
