The invention provides a thermal management system and application thereof. The thermal management system comprises an electric drive cooling system; the first three-way proportional valve is arranged in the electrically-driven cooling system or the battery temperature control system; the liquid mixing cavity is arranged between the electric drive cooling system and the battery temperature control system, and the liquid mixing cavity, the battery temperature control system and the electric drive cooling system are connected in series, in parallel or partially connected in series and partially connected in parallel through a first three-way proportional valve; the battery auxiliary heating system comprises a second three-way proportional valve; the air conditioning system is connected with the battery temperature control system; and the liquid storage tank is connected with the electric drive cooling system and the liquid mixing cavity. According to the thermal management system and the new energy automobile, the temperature of the electric drive cooling system and the temperature of the battery temperature control system can be accurately balanced, the connecting structure between the electric drive cooling system and the battery temperature control system is simplified, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种热管理系统及其应用，热管理系统包括：电驱冷却系统；电池控温系统，第一三通比例阀设置在电驱冷却系统或电池控温系统中；混液腔，混液腔设置在电驱冷却系统和电池控温系统之间，且通过第一三通比例阀和混液腔，电池控温系统与电驱冷却系统串联、并联或部分串联部分并联连接；电池辅助加热系统，电池辅助加热系统包括第二三通比例阀；空调系统，空调系统与电池控温系统连接；储液箱，储液箱与电驱冷却系统、混液腔连接。本发明提供的一种热管理系统及新能源汽车，能够准确平衡电驱冷却系统和电池控温系统的温度，简化电驱冷却系统和电池控温系统之间的连接结构，降低生产成本。
