本申请实施例提供一种三级均衡结构铁路运梁车，包括：车架、中底架、小底架和轨道走行装置，在由车架的中部至车架两端的方向上，车架的宽度逐渐增大后，又逐渐减小，中底架设置于车架的底部，中底架和车架之间设置芯盘装置和旁承装置；小底架设置于中底架的底部，小底架和中底架之间设置芯盘装置和旁承装置；轨道走行装置设置于小底架的底部，轨道走行装置和小底架之间设置芯盘装置和旁承装置。本申请提供的三级均衡结构铁路运梁车相比于一级和二级均衡结构运梁车，其中底架下方设置了更多的轨道走行装置，使得本申请的运梁车能够承载和运输大截面重载梁体、货物和设备，提高了工作效率，减少了换梁时间和换梁费用，在换梁技术上实现了重大突破。
