The invention discloses an all-road traffic flow estimation method under a limited observation condition, which is realized by constructing a geometric matrix decomposition model, and comprises the following steps of: decomposing a space-time traffic flow matrix needing to be estimated into two low-rank factor matrixes in a space-time dimension; the prior space constraint of the traffic flow between the road sections is established by using the space correlation coefficient of the traffic speed between the road sections; the traffic speed change time correlation is learned based on an ARIMA model, and the prior space constraint of the traffic flow between the road sections is established according to the time correlation coefficient; and matrix parameters are iteratively calculated through an ADMM algorithm, and missing data of traffic flow under limited observation conditions are filled. According to the method, part of traffic flow data and floating car data collected by a fixed detector are combined into the geometric matrix decomposition model, the traffic flow matrix of the whole road section is estimated, and a methodology is provided for researching a road network information perception technology in a traffic environment with insufficient information.

    本发明公开了一种有限观测条件下全路段交通流量估计方法,构建几何矩阵分解模型实现,所述方法包括:将需要估计的时空交通流量矩阵分解为时空维度上的两个低秩因子矩阵;利用路段间交通速度的空间相关系数建立路段间交通流量的先验空间约束;基于ARIMA模型学习交通速度变化时间相关性,根据时间相关系数建立路段间交通流量的先验空间约束;通过ADMM算法迭代计算矩阵参数,填补有限观测条件下交通流量的缺失数据。本发明的方法将固定检测器采集的部分交通流量数据和浮动车数据结合到几何矩阵分解模型中,对全路段交通流量矩阵进行估计,对于研究信息匮乏的交通环境下路网信息感知技术提供了方法论。
