The upper end of the mounting frame is fixedly connected with a mounting cylinder, the fixing mechanism is symmetrically and fixedly connected with L-shaped rods, the lower end of the mounting cylinder is fixedly connected with pulling pieces penetrating through the L-shaped rods, mounting grooves matched with the pulling pieces are formed in the L-shaped rods, and the tail ends of the pulling pieces are fixedly connected with sliding rods in sealed sliding connection with the L-shaped rods. A collecting basket abutting against the rectangular frame is installed at the upper end of the sliding rod, an elastic piece is fixedly connected to the lower end of the sliding rod, and a collecting net is fixedly connected to the side face of the rectangular frame. According to the device, in the water body detection process, it can be avoided that sunlight is shielded by water surface garbage, and the detection result is affected.
