The invention discloses an accelerator platform brake mechanism for an airplane. Comprising a main shaft assembly (9), a transmission sector gear I (3) is arranged on the main shaft assembly (9), and a shaft body of the main shaft assembly (9) is sequentially sleeved with brake assemblies in the axial direction; the transmission sector gear I (3) is in meshing transmission with a transmission sector gear II (10), the center of the transmission sector gear II (10) is connected with an auxiliary shaft assembly (5), a shaft body of the auxiliary shaft assembly (5) is provided with a connecting rod assembly (6) in the axial direction, and the end of the connecting rod assembly (6) is hinged to a brake assembly; the brake assembly comprises a locking sleeve (7), the locking sleeve (7) is hinged to the end of the connecting rod assembly (6), a friction pair (8) is embedded in the locking sleeve (7), and a shaft body of the main shaft assembly (9) is sleeved with the friction pair (8). The braking device is simple in structure, good in braking effect and high in reliability.

    本发明公开了一种飞机用油门台制动机构。包括主轴组件(9),主轴组件(9)上设有传动扇齿轮Ⅰ(3),主轴组件(9)轴身沿轴向依次套有制动组件;传动扇齿轮Ⅰ(3)与传动扇齿轮Ⅱ(10)啮合传动,传动扇齿轮Ⅱ(10)的中心与副轴组件(5)连接,副轴组件(5)轴身沿轴向设有连杆组件(6),连杆组件(6)端部与制动组件铰接;所述的制动组件包括锁紧套(7),锁紧套(7)与连杆组件(6)端部铰接,锁紧套(7)内嵌有摩擦副(8),摩擦副(8)套于主轴组件(9)轴身上。本发明结构简单,制动效果好,可靠性强。
