The invention discloses a heating method, device and equipment of an oil cooling driving system and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle control. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a heating signal for cooling oil in the motor; a heating signal is sent to a controller of the motor, and the motor is controlled by the controller of the motor to heat the cooling oil; obtaining the temperature of cooling oil sent by a controller of the motor according to the first reference frequency, wherein the temperature of the cooling oil is detected in the process that the controller of the motor controls the motor to heat the cooling oil based on the heating signal; based on the fact that the temperature of the cooling oil is larger than the first reference temperature, the motor is controlled by a controller of the motor to pump the cooling oil into the speed reducer, and lubricating oil of the speed reducer is heated through the cooling oil pumped into the speed reducer. Cooling oil of the motor and lubricating oil of the speed reducer are heated by heating the oil cooling driving system, the working efficiency of the motor and the speed reducer is improved, and the service life of the motor and the service life of the speed reducer are prolonged.
