本发明提出了一种洗车液及其制备方法,涉及汽车清洁和护理技术领域。洗车液包括以重量份计的如下组分:硅烷疏水改性的SiO2纳米颗粒0.5‑3份、乙醇10‑50份、羟基丙烯酸树脂5‑10份、硅烷偶联剂2‑5份、表面活性剂25‑40份、螯合剂1‑10份、二甲基硅油5‑10份,去离子水80‑150份。加入硅烷疏水改性的SiO2纳米颗粒,该纳米颗粒表面有疏水基团,疏水基团会倾向于远离水分子,使得水在硅烷疏水改性的SiO2纳米颗粒的表面形成球状并迅速滚落,从而带走灰尘和污渍;借鉴“荷叶效应”,在车身表面形成具有硅烷疏水改性的SiO2纳米颗粒分布的羟基丙烯酸树脂有机薄膜,硅烷疏水改性的SiO2纳米颗粒能够从微观层面提升薄膜的粗糙度,从而实现疏水效果,进而提升车辆抗污性和自洁性。

The automobile washing liquid is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 to 3 parts of silane hydrophobic modified SiO2 nanoparticles, 10 to 50 parts of ethanol, 5 to 10 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 2 to 5 parts of a silane coupling agent, 25 to 40 parts of a surfactant, 1 to 10 parts of a chelating agent, 5 to 10 parts of dimethyl silicone oil and 80 to 150 parts of deionized water. Silane hydrophobic modified SiO2 nano-particles are added, hydrophobic groups are arranged on the surfaces of the nano-particles, and the hydrophobic groups tend to be far away from water molecules, so that water forms spheres on the surfaces of the silane hydrophobic modified SiO2 nano-particles and rapidly rolls down, and dust and stains are taken away; a hydroxyl acrylic resin organic film distributed with silane hydrophobic modified SiO2 nanoparticles is formed on the surface of a vehicle body by means of the lotus effect, the silane hydrophobic modified SiO2 nanoparticles can improve the roughness of the film from the microscopic level, and therefore the hydrophobic effect is achieved, and the pollution resistance and self-cleaning performance of the vehicle are improved.
