The zero setting device is only composed of a telescopic measuring scale and a ground measuring workbench, and the zero setting problem of the aircraft control surface actuator can be efficiently solved. Compared with a device with more parts, the zero setting device with an extremely simple structure has the advantages that the production management cost is greatly reduced, and the actual production requirements are better met. According to the zeroing method based on the zeroing device, the piston rod of the aircraft control surface actuator is adjusted to the proper length in advance, the repeated disassembly and assembly work of the aircraft control surface actuator on the aircraft is avoided, meanwhile, the disassembly work of a hydraulic pipeline connector of the aircraft control surface actuator is reduced, and leakage of hydraulic red oil is avoided.

    本发明属于飞机舵面作动器技术领域,具体涉及一种用于飞机舵面作动器的调零装置和调零方法。所述的调零装置仅由一个伸缩测量尺和一个地面测量工作台组成,就能高效解决飞机舵面作动器的调零问题;相比于零部件较多的装置,本发明极简结构的调零装置,大大降低生产管理成本,更符合实际生产需求。基于上述调零装置的调零方法,提前将飞机舵面作动器的活塞杆调整到合适长度,解决了飞机舵面作动器在机上的反复拆装工作,同时减少了飞机舵面作动器液压管路接头拆卸工作,避免液压红油的泄漏。
