And therefore, the parking efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于目标分割定位的智慧停车方法及系统,涉及停车场规划技术领域,方法包括:获取目标区域内的常驻车辆信息及流动车辆信息;采集目标区域的城市规划信息;基于所述城市规划信息,进行目标区域分割,得到多个停车规划分区;根据所述常驻车辆信息及流动车辆信息,分别提取所述多个停车规划分区的停车需求信息;进行所述多个停车规划分区的停车用户定位,获得多个停车用户定位信息;参照所述多个停车用户定位信息进行停车场规划设计,解决了现有技术中由于停车场规划设计不合理,导致停车位分布不均,引发停车难的问题,实现了通过目标分割定位的方法进行停车场规划设计,提高车位分布的合理性,进而提高停车效率的技术效果。
