The embodiment of the invention provides a charging pile, the charging pile comprises a charging device and a liquid cooling device, and a pile end charging output interface of the charging device is used for being electrically connected with an electric vehicle so as to transmit direct current to the electric vehicle. The liquid cooling equipment comprises a pile end liquid inlet and outlet, the pile end liquid inlet and outlet comprises a pile end liquid inlet connector, a pile end liquid outlet connector and a pile end cooling connection confirmation CC connector, the pile end liquid inlet connector is used for transmitting a liquid-phase cooling medium in the liquid cooling equipment to the electric vehicle, and the pile end liquid inlet connector is used for receiving the liquid-phase cooling medium in the electric vehicle. And a voltage signal of the pile end cooling CC interface is used for indicating the connection state of the pile end liquid inlet/outlet and the electric vehicle. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the charging equipment charges the electric vehicle at high power, the liquid cooling equipment conveys the liquid-phase cooling medium to the electric vehicle to cool the electric vehicle, so that the heat dissipation requirement of the power battery of the electric vehicle during high-power charging can be met.

本申请实施例提供了一种充电桩，充电桩包括充电设备和液冷设备，充电设备的桩端充电输出接口用于与电动车辆电连接，以将直流电输送至所述电动车辆。液冷设备包括桩端进出液口，桩端进出液口包括桩端进液接口、桩端出液接口和桩端冷却连接确认CC接口，桩端进液接口用于将液冷设备中的液相冷却介质传输至电动车辆，桩端进液接口用于接收电动车辆中的液相冷却介质，桩端冷却CC接口的电压信号用于指示桩端进出液口与电动车辆的连接状态。本申请实施例提供的技术方案能够在充电设备以大功率对电动车辆进行充电时，液冷设备通过向电动车辆传输液相冷却介质实现对电动车辆的冷却，有利于满足电动车辆的动力电池在大功率充电时的散热需求。
