The invention discloses a road boundary avoidance method and device and an automobile, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the driving information and traffic environment information of an automobile, and determining a first distance from the edge of the automobile to a road boundary and a second distance from the edge of the automobile to a lane line; extracting attribute information of a target vehicle hiding in front of the side and attribute information of a target vehicle hiding in rear of the side, which are closest to the vehicle, of the adjacent lane from the surrounding vehicle information, and performing collision risk assessment on the target vehicle hiding in front of the side and the target vehicle hiding in rear of the side in combination with the driving information of the vehicle to obtain a risk assessment result; and based on the first distance, the second distance and the risk assessment result, determining the avoiding distance and the avoiding direction of the vehicle to the avoiding side lane. According to the method, the avoiding distance and the avoiding direction from the vehicle to the lane on the direction avoiding side can be determined under the condition that the vehicle is close to the road boundary, so that the experience feeling and the safety of auxiliary driving are improved, and the situation that the vehicle rubs the road boundary during driving and turning is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种道路边界的避让方法、装置及汽车,获取本车行驶信息和交通环境信息,确定本车边缘到道路边界的第一距离以及本车边缘到车道线的第二距离,从周围车辆信息中提取出邻车道与本车距离最近的躲向侧前方目标车辆属性信息和躲向侧后方目标车辆属性信息,并结合本车行驶信息对躲向侧前方目标车辆和躲向侧后方目标车辆进行碰撞风险评估得到风险评估结果,基于第一距离、第二距离和风险评估结果,确定本车向躲向侧车道的避让距离和避让方向。本发明可以在车辆靠近道路边界的情况下,确定本车向躲向侧车道的避让距离和避让方向,从而提高了辅助驾驶的体验感和安全性,避免了驾驶拐弯时本车与道路边界发生剐蹭的情况。
