Abstract

The invention discloses a road right transaction road dynamic rate calculation system and method based on carbon emission. The method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, identifying the number of passing vehicles and communication time in a time period t according to pressure data; s2, identifying the type of a passing vehicle according to the passing time and the pressure data; s3, calculating the traffic volume according to the vehicle type; s4, calculating road saturation; s5, calculating the average travel speed of the vehicle according to the vehicle information; s6, displaying a road traffic operation state S according to the road saturation and the average travel speed; and S7, calculating dynamic rates of different types of vehicles according to the road traffic operation state.

本发明公开基于碳排放的路权交易道路动态费率计算系统和方法，具体包括以下步骤：S1：根据压力数据识别t时段内通过的车辆数量和通信时间；S2：根据通行时间和压力数据识别通过车辆类型；S3：根据车辆类型计算交通量；S4：计算道路饱和度；S5：根据车辆信息计算车辆的平均行程速度；S6：根据道路饱和度和平均行程速度显示道路交通运行状态S；S7：根据道路交通运行状态计算不同类型车辆的动态费率。
