The invention relates to a supplementary brake control system and method, and belongs to the technical field of locomotive brake control, the system comprises a central control unit, an EP module, an operating valve, an emergency solenoid valve, a comparison valve and a brake cylinder; the central control unit is used for calculating pressure required by braking of the locomotive; the EP module is used for being controlled by the central control unit and outputting pre-control pressure in a machine supplementing mode; the operating valve is used for outputting a pre-control pressure value according to the pre-control pressure; in the host mode, the emergency electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed by the central control unit and does not output a pressure value, and in the supplementary mode, the emergency electromagnetic valve is controlled to be switched on by the central control unit and outputs a first preset pressure value; the comparison valve is used for comparing the pre-control pressure value with a first preset pressure value and outputting a brake pressure value; the brake cylinder is used for adjusting brake pressure according to the brake pressure value. The system can provide double guarantees for brake of the supplementary machine, the supplementary machine actively outputs brake pressure, and the safety of train operation in a reconnection mode is improved.
本发明涉及一种补机制动控制系统及控制方法,属于机车制动控制技术领域,该系统包括中央控制单元、EP模块、作用阀、紧急电磁阀、比较阀和制动缸;中央控制单元用于计算机车制动所需压力;EP模块用于受中央控制单元控制并输出补机模式下的预控压力;作用阀用于根据预控压力输出预控压力值;主机模式下,紧急电磁阀用于受中央控制单元控关闭,不输出压力值,补机模式下,紧急电磁阀用于受中央控制单元控制导通,输出第一预设压力值;比较阀用于比较预控压力值和第一预设压力值,并输出制动压力值;制动缸用于根据制动压力值调节制动压力。该系统能够为补机制动提供双重保障,实现补机主动输出制动压力,提高重联模式下列车运行的安全性。
