The invention provides an optical parameter measurement method and system and vehicle window glass, and the optical parameter measurement method is applied to the vehicle window glass and comprises the steps: obtaining a first image of a test pattern through a camera assembly; the vehicle window glass and the camera shooting assembly are configured to be at preset relative positions, and the vehicle window glass is located between the camera shooting assembly and the test pattern; the camera assembly obtains a second image of the test pattern through the to-be-tested area of the window glass; calculating a first optical parameter diagram and a second optical parameter diagram according to the first image and the second image; wherein the first optical parameter diagram corresponds to the optical parameter of the vehicle window glass in the first direction, and the second optical parameter diagram corresponds to the optical parameter of the vehicle window glass in the second direction. By comparing the first image obtained before setting the window glass with the second image obtained after setting the window glass, the first optical parameter diagram and the second optical parameter diagram can be output, so that the optical performance of the window glass can be accurately measured.
