The invention discloses a cruising cultivation work ship with an open hull and a use method. The middle of the hull is of a frame structure with the upper portion and the lower portion open, and the hull with the open middle is used for containing cultivation cabins; a group of double-layer middle longitudinal bulkheads are longitudinally arranged between double sides of the ship body along the ship body, at least one group of double-layer transverse bulkheads are transversely arranged between the double sides of the ship body along the ship body, and staggered spaces between the double-layer middle longitudinal bulkheads and the double-layer transverse bulkheads are used for mounting up-down telescopic culture cabins; the double-layer middle longitudinal bulkhead, the double-layer transverse bulkhead, the double sides and the ship body form a frame which is opened up and down.
