The invention relates to a floating type foundation platform which comprises three buoys (1) arranged in a triangular mode and a T-shaped frame (2) arranged on the three buoys (1) in an up-down sliding mode. A tower drum base (3) is arranged on the T-shaped frame (2) and is used for mounting a fan system; the buoy (1) comprises a buoy bottom (11) and a buoy upper part (12); the T-shaped frame (2) is arranged on the upper portion (12) of the buoy in a sliding mode through the hoop (4), and a limiting guide mechanism is arranged between the inner wall of the hoop (4) and the outer wall of the upper portion (12) of the buoy. The floating type wind power foundation platform is simple in structure and convenient to produce and manufacture, transportation, installation and maintenance can be completed without special ships or instruments with high operation cost, and the production cost, the transportation cost, the installation cost and the maintenance cost of the floating type wind power foundation platform can be remarkably reduced.

本发明涉及一种浮式基础平台，包含三个呈三角形布局的浮筒（1），上下滑动设置在三个浮筒（1）上的T形架（2）；所述T形架（2）上设有塔筒底座（3），用于安装风机系统；所述浮筒（1）包含浮筒底部（11）和浮筒上部（12）；所述T形架（2）通过抱箍（4）滑动设置在浮筒上部（12），在抱箍（4）内壁和浮筒上部（12）外壁之间设有限位导向机构。本发明结构简单、生产制作方便、无需高运营成本的专用船舶或器械即可完成运输、安装和维护，可以显著降低浮式风电基础平台的生产、运输、安装到维护各方面成本。
