The invention discloses a car roof clip installation and detection system, which comprises a car model information device, a car model information display device and a tool table, and is characterized in that the car model information device is in communication connection with the car model information display device, and the car model information device is in communication connection with the tool table; the vehicle model information device is used for acquiring pre-configured vehicle model information and transmitting the pre-configured vehicle model information to the vehicle model information display device; the vehicle type information display device is used for acquiring vehicle type information of a target vehicle and transmitting the vehicle type information to the display equipment for display; and the tool table is used for placing at least one type of roof clips and jigs and generating regional light prompts in response to the vehicle model information of the target vehicle. Through the technical scheme of the invention, a worker can be assisted to install the roof clip when the roof clip is installed, and the installation condition of the roof clip is detected after the roof clip is installed, so that the accuracy and the working efficiency of the installation and detection work of the roof clip are improved.

本发明公开了一种车顶卡子安装及检测系统，包括车型信息装置、车型信息显示装置以及工具台，其中：车型信息装置与所述车型信息显示装置进行通信连接，所述车型信息装置与所述工具台进行通信连接；所述车型信息装置，用于获取预先配置的车型信息并传递至车型信息显示装置；所述车型信息显示装置，用于获取目标车辆的车型信息并传递至显示设备进行显示；所述工具台，用于放置至少一种类型的车顶卡子以及治具，以及响应于目标车辆的车型信息生成区域灯光提示。通过本发明的技术方案，能够在车顶卡子安装时辅助工作人员安装车顶卡子，并且在车顶卡子安装完毕之后对车顶卡子进行安装情况的检测，提高了车顶卡子安装及检测工作的准确度与工作效率。
