Abstract

The invention discloses a vehicle illegal recognition method and a related device thereof, and relates to the technical field of vehicle monitoring. Comprising an obtaining module used for obtaining first target data which at least comprises vehicle information, vehicle owner information and vehicle positioning information; the first transceiving module is used for sending the first target data to a second transceiving module; and the acquisition module is also used for receiving second target data, the second target data is sent by the second transceiving module, and the second target data at least comprises warning information or punishment information. Whether the vehicle is parked illegally or not is judged based on a vehicle positioning mode. Compared with an existing illegal parking management and control method, the method can timely manage and control the illegal parking behavior of the vehicle driver, does not have a snapshot blind area, and can effectively treat illegal behaviors such as illegal parking of vehicles occupying motor vehicle lanes, pedestrian streets and blind sidewalks on road edges on urban roads.

本申请公开了一种车辆违法识别方法及其相关装置，涉及车辆监测技术领域。包括：获取模块，用于获取第一目标数据，所述第一目标数据至少包括：车辆信息、车主信息和车辆定位信息；第一收发模块，用于将所述第一目标数据发送至第二收发模块；所述获取模块还用于，接收第二目标数据，所述第二目标数据由所述第二收发模块发送，所述第二目标数据至少包括：警示信息或者处罚信息。本申请基于对车辆进行定位的方式，来判定车辆是否进行了违停。相对于现有的违停管控方法，该方法能够及时的对车辆驾驶者的违停行为进行管控，并且不存在抓拍盲区，能够有效的治理城市道路车辆占用机动车道、人行街道和道沿上的盲道违章停车等违法行为。
