The left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam are produced through numerical control punching, mounting holes can be added according to the assembly requirement, a segmented die is adopted for forming, six segments are divided, and the length of the frame is adjusted according to the customer requirement.

    本发明公开了一种新能源4200轴距商用车车架,属于车架技术领域,由横梁组件、纵梁组件、板簧支撑组件、驾驶室支撑组件、驱动支撑组件和连接组件组成。本发明通过设置由横梁组件和纵梁组件组成的车架,为前窄后宽结构,前端减窄给前轮转向提供足够空间,车架中部宽度增加有利于电控系统零件布置,横梁组件和纵梁组件之间上下翼面连接有利于增大车架抗扭刚度,在左纵梁和右纵梁的内侧增加纵梁中加强板和纵梁后加强板,对车架局部进行加强,可以承受电池包等零件带来的较大载荷,提高车架局部强度;通过左纵梁和右纵梁生产采用数控冲孔,可以适应装配需求增加安装孔,成型采用分段模,共分六段,适应客户需求调整车架长度。
