Abstract

The invention discloses an integrated adjustable plastic front lower part protection device for a commercial vehicle. The front lower protective beam structure comprises a front lower protective beam, a frame large casting and a transition support, the front lower protective beam is fixed to the frame large casting through the transition support, first connecting holes arranged in a matrix mode are formed in the frame large casting, and second connecting holes arranged in a matrix mode are formed in the transition support. The transition support is connected with the frame large casting in a matched mode through the first connecting holes, the second connecting holes and bolts. According to the invention, the matrix connecting holes are matched with different mounting holes according to the requirements of different vehicle types to realize the front-back and up-down adjustment of the front lower protective cross beam, and the universality is good; the front lower protection cross beam is made of an FRP-epoxy glass fiber pultrusion material (FRP for short), the density is low, the material performance has designability, the surface does not need to be treated, and corrosion resistance and durability are good; the integrated supports are additionally arranged at the two ends of the front lower protection cross beam, and integration is high.

本发明公开了一种集成式可调商用车塑料前下部防护装置。它包括前下防护横梁、车架大铸件和过渡支架，所述前下防护横梁通过过渡支架与车架大铸件固定，所述车架大铸件上开设矩阵排列的第一连接孔，所述过渡支架上开设矩阵排列的第二连接孔，所述过渡支架与车架大铸件通过第一连接孔、第二连接孔和螺栓配合连接。本发明通过矩阵连接孔根据不同车型的要求匹配不同安装孔实现前下防护横梁的前后及上下调节，通用性好；本发明前下防护横梁的材料为FRP‑环氧玻纤拉挤材料(简称FRP)，密度低，材料性能具有可设计性，表面不需要做处理，抗腐蚀性和耐久性能好；本发明前下防护横梁的两端加装集成支架，集成性高。
