    本发明公开了一种轮胎印迹改进调整方法及系统,所述方法包括:获取轮胎充气前后的外周长,得到轮胎的外周长相对膨胀率;获取轮胎的印迹,得到印迹形状系数,判断印迹形状是否符合要求;若不符合要求,对外周长相对膨胀率和印迹形状系数进行建模,对印迹形状进行量化;建立轮胎厚度与外周长相对膨胀率的模型,得到轮胎厚度与外周长相对膨胀率的关系,通过调整轮胎厚度,改进轮胎印迹;本发明通过建立的轮胎印迹形状变化与轮胎外周长相对膨胀率变化的模型,以及轮胎厚度与轮胎外周长膨胀率的模型,可以形成数据化、指标化印迹改善,通过详细的数据调整轮胎厚度来改善印迹,准确并且提高工作效率,并形成可量化指标。
