According to the method, the depth time sequence features are extracted based on the depth tensor self-encoding network, and the tensor decomposition model in the depth tensor self-encoding network can extract essential information from the vibration signals, so that the interference of irregular noise can be avoided, the extracted depth time sequence features can reflect the degradation trend of the wheel, and the accuracy of the degeneration of the wheel is improved. And the degradation state of the wheel can be adaptively and accurately evaluated based on the depth time sequence characteristics.

    本发明提供一种车轮退化状态评估方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,涉及轨道交通技术领域,所述方法包括:获取车轮的振动信号;将振动信号输入深度张量自编码网络,获得深度张量自编码网络输出的深度时序特征;基于深度时序特征,对车轮的退化状态进行评估;其中,深度张量自编码网络是基于深度自编码网络和张量分解模型构建的。本发明通过基于深度张量自编码网络进行深度时序特征的提取,由于深度张量自编码网络中的张量分解模型可以从振动信号中提取本质信息,从而可以规避不规则噪声的干扰,使得提取的深度时序特征能够反映车轮的退化趋势,进而可以基于深度时序特征对车轮的退化状态进行自适应的准确评估。
