The invention discloses a device and a method for detecting the pressure of a horizontal wheel on a train bogie, the device comprises a control subsystem and a force measuring plate, and the control subsystem is connected with the force measuring plate through a field bus; the force measuring plate is installed on the track beam and used for collecting pressure data of the horizontal wheels on the track beam and transmitting the pressure data to the control subsystem. The passing position of each horizontal wheel corresponds to one force measuring plate; and the control subsystem is used for controlling the work of the force measuring plate and analyzing and processing the received pressure data so as to realize pressure detection. The designed horizontal wheel pressure detection device can meet the maintenance and overhaul requirements of the straddle type monorail vehicle horizontal wheel, and the running safety of a light rail train is greatly improved; along with the popularization of light rails, the application of the detection device is wider and wider, so that the design has profound practical significance.

本发明公开了一种列车转向架上水平轮压力检测装置及方法，装置包括控制子系统和测力板，控制子系统通过现场总线与测力板连接；测力板安装于轨道梁上，用于采集水平轮对轨道梁的压力数据，并将其传输至控制子系统中；每个水平轮经过位置均对应一个测力板；控制子系统用于控制测力板的工作，以及分析处理的接收压力数据，实现压力检测。本发明所设计的水平轮压力检测装置能够满足跨座式单轨车水平轮的维护和检修需要，极大地提高了轻轨列车行驶的安全性；随着轻轨的普及，该检测装置的应用也会越来越广泛，因此该设计具有深远的现实意义。
