Abstract

The invention provides an aircraft stabilizer and a forming method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft component manufacturing. The aircraft stabilizer comprises a lower skin, a framework, filling foam and an upper skin; the edges of the upper skin and the lower skin are fixedly connected, and a cavity is formed between the upper skin and the lower skin; the framework is located between the upper skin and the lower skin, the framework and the upper skin are integrally formed, and the cavity is divided into a plurality of cells by the framework; the multiple pieces of filling foam are located between the upper skin and the lower skin, the multiple cells are filled with the filling foam, and the filling foam adheres to the inner face of the upper skin and the inner face of the lower skin. Compared with the mode that the frame and the skin are integrally formed and then bonded with the skin after the framework is formed, the mechanical property of the product is greatly improved, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, and the time period is greatly shortened.

本发明提供了飞机安定面及其成型方法，属于飞机部件制造的技术领域，飞机安定面包括下蒙皮、骨架、填充泡沫以及上蒙皮；所述上蒙皮与所述下蒙皮的边缘固定连接，两者之间形成空腔；所述骨架位于所述上蒙皮与所述下蒙皮之间，且所述骨架与所述上蒙皮一体成型，所述骨架将所述空腔分隔为多个单元格；所述填充泡沫具有多个，均位于所述上蒙皮与所述下蒙皮之间，且分别填充于多个所述单元格，所述填充泡沫与所述上蒙皮以及所述下蒙皮的内面粘接。架与蒙皮一体成型，与骨架成型后再与蒙皮进行粘接相比，大大增加了产品的力学性能，且制造成本和时间周期大大缩短。
