The brake oil can comprises an upper cup body, an oil return opening, a first working oil opening, a second working oil opening, a lower cup body and an internal oil return opening, the upper cup body is connected with the lower cup body, and the oil return opening, the first working oil opening and the second working oil opening are all formed in the lower cup body. The first working oil port and the second working oil port are formed in the two sides of the oil return port respectively, and the inner oil return port is formed in the lower cup body and connected with the oil return port. The brake oil can is provided with the oil return opening, when oil in the oil can exceeds the highest scale line, redundant oil can flow back to a gearbox through the oil return opening, and the oil can is prevented from emitting oil; the protective cover above the oil return opening can prevent oil in the brake oil can from flowing back to the gearbox through the oil return opening when the whole machine bumps.
