The invention provides battery replacing equipment, a battery replacing rotation method and a related device. The battery replacing equipment comprises a rotation mechanism, a mechanical arm mechanism, a lifting appliance mechanism and a controller. The first end of the mechanical arm mechanism is connected with the slewing mechanism, and the second end of the mechanical arm mechanism is connected with the lifting appliance mechanism; the controller is electrically connected with the swing mechanism, the mechanical arm mechanism and the lifting appliance mechanism. And the controller controls the pitching motion of the mechanical arm mechanism, the rotary motion of the rotary mechanism and the rotary motion of the lifting appliance mechanism, so that the battery box carried by the lifting appliance mechanism can avoid other battery boxes. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the lifting appliance is rotated while battery replacement rotation is conducted, collision of the battery boxes is avoided, even if the bottom of the battery box carried by the lifting appliance is lower than the tops of other battery boxes, collision cannot happen, and therefore the battery replacement movement track distance of the battery replacement equipment can be reduced under the condition that the safety of the battery boxes is guaranteed, and the battery replacement efficiency is improved.

本申请提出一种换电设备、换电回转方法及相关装置，换电设备包括：回转机构、机械臂机构、吊具机构和控制器；机械臂机构的第一端与回转机构相连，机械臂机构的第二端与吊具机构相连；控制器分别与回转机构、机械臂机构和吊具机构电连接。控制器控制机械臂机构的俯仰运动、回转机构的回转运动以及吊具机构的旋转运动，实现吊具机构携带的电池箱避让其他电池箱。采用本申请的技术方案，在换电回转的同时对吊具进行旋转，避免电池箱碰撞，即使吊具携带的电池箱底部低于其他电池箱的顶部，也不会发生碰撞，从而能够在保证电池箱安全的情况下，减少换电设备换电移动轨迹路程，提高换电效率。
