The invention relates to a novel transformer trolley rail clamping device, and belongs to the technical field of transformers. According to the technical scheme, rail clamping devices are arranged at the two ends of a wheel structure respectively, the two rail clamping devices are connected together through a second screw rod (3), each rail clamping device comprises a first screw rod (2), clamping plates (4) of the rail clamping devices and a fixing plate (5) of the rail clamping devices, one end of each fixing plate of the rail clamping devices is inserted between a trolley wheel (7) and a steel rail (9), and the clamping plates (4) of the rail clamping devices are arranged on the two sides of the other end of each fixing plate of the rail clamping devices respectively. The upper portions of the clamping plates of the two rail clamping devices are fastened together with the fixing plates of the rail clamping devices through first screws, inward clamping jaws (10) are arranged on the lower portions of the clamping plates of the two rail clamping devices, and the two clamping jaws clamp the steel rail from the two sides of the steel rail. The device has the advantages of being simple in structure, easy to manufacture, convenient to install and high in practicability, ensuring that the transformer body cannot move due to vibration of the transformer, earthquakes and other reasons after the transformer body is in place, enabling the transformer body to operate safely, and eradicating potential safety hazards.

    本发明涉及一种新型变压器小车卡轨装置,属于变压器技术领域。技术方案是:在车轮结构的两端分别设置卡轨器,两个卡轨器之间通过螺杆二(3)连接在一起,所述卡轨器包含螺杆一(2)、卡轨器的卡板(4)和卡轨器的固定板(5),卡轨器的固定板的一端插入小车车轮(7)与钢轨(9)之间,另一端的两侧分别设有卡轨器的卡板(4),两个卡轨器的卡板的上部通过螺杆一与卡轨器的固定板紧固在一起,两个卡轨器的卡板的下部设有向内的卡爪(10),两个卡爪从钢轨两侧将钢轨卡死。本发明的积极效果:结构简单,易于制作,方便安装,实用性强,保证变压器本体就位后不会因为变压器本身的震动及地震等其他原因而移动使其安全运行,杜绝安全隐患。
