本发明涉及可变体飞行器技术领域,具体涉及一种可展开翼面变形前后刚度增强装置包括:基板上设有驱动源燃气推力机构和框架;可展开翼面,设于基板上,且位于框架内,可展开翼面与驱动源燃气推力机构连接,并在可展开翼面上设有凹槽,可展开翼面具有初始位置和形变后位置;翼面初始压紧系统,包括压紧杆和拉伸机构,压紧杆设于可展开翼面上,压紧杆上设有凸台,可展开翼面处于初始位置,凸台插入至凹槽内,拉伸机构设于压紧杆的两端。该可展开翼面变形前后刚度增强装置的可展开翼面变形前后的刚度大幅度增强。可展开翼面初始压紧系统可以利用拉伸机构实现可调力的施加;可展开翼面到位以后的驱动管刚度可调,可以有效输出所需的压紧力。

The device is characterized in that a driving source gas thrust mechanism and a frame are arranged on a base plate; the deployable airfoil is arranged on the base plate and located in the frame, the deployable airfoil is connected with the driving source gas thrust mechanism, a groove is formed in the deployable airfoil, and the deployable airfoil has an initial position and a post-deformation position; the airfoil initial pressing system comprises a pressing rod and stretching mechanisms, the pressing rod is arranged on the deployable airfoil, a boss is arranged on the pressing rod, the deployable airfoil is located at the initial position, the boss is inserted into the groove, and the stretching mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the pressing rod. According to the device for enhancing the rigidity before and after deformation of the deployable airfoil, the rigidity before and after deformation of the deployable airfoil is greatly enhanced. The deployable airfoil initial pressing system can apply adjustable force by utilizing a stretching mechanism; the rigidity of the driving pipe is adjustable after the airfoil can be unfolded in place, and the required pressing force can be effectively output.
