The invention relates to a vertical shaft hoist visual identification technology, in particular to a vertical shaft hoist tail rope winding AI visual identification detection method, which comprises the following steps of: shooting a winding drum tail rope image and a winding drum end face image in real time through a monocular camera when a vertical shaft hoist operates, and preprocessing the acquired images; the tail rope winding image is analyzed, the position of the tail rope is positioned through an LSD straight line detection algorithm, accurate tail rope segments are screened out, and tracking identification of tail rope features is achieved; analyzing the side image of the winding drum, finding out the rotation center of the winding drum, and obtaining the rotation angle of the winding drum between two frames by comparing the difference between the two frames; and setting a winding abnormity threshold value, and respectively judging the winding conditions of the tail rope at the first layer, the interlayer transition part and the second layer of the winding drum according to the tail rope outlet point position and the rotation angle period. According to the invention, the detection of the winding condition of the tail rope of the well hoist by the AI machine vision technology is well realized.

    本发明涉及立井提升机视觉识别技术,特别是一种立井提升机尾绳缠绕AI视觉识别检测方法,包括如下步骤:通过单目摄像机实时拍摄立井提升机运作时的卷筒尾绳图像和卷筒端面图像,并对采集的图像进行预处理操作;对尾绳缠绕图像进行分析,通过LSD直线检测算法对尾绳的位置进行定位并筛选出准确的尾绳线段,实现尾绳特征的跟踪识别;对卷筒侧面图像进行分析,找出卷筒的旋转中心,通过比较前后两帧画面的不同得到两帧之间卷筒转过的角度;设置缠绕异常阈值,根据尾绳出点位置和旋转角度周期分别判断卷筒第一层、层间过渡处和第二层尾绳的缠绕情况。本发明很好地实现了AI机器视觉技术对井提升机尾绳的缠绕情况的检测。
