The invention discloses an intelligent bus operation scheduling method based on big data. The method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining the driving time of a bus at different time periods between adjacent bus stops; s2, acquiring passenger loading data of the bus at different time periods of each bus station; s3, establishing a bus operation scheduling model with passenger travel efficiency and operation cost as constraints; s4, an Actor-Critic algorithm based on a convolutional neural network is adopted to carry out model training on the bus operation scheduling model, and an optimal strategy value is obtained; and S5, establishing a bus operation optimal scheduling function according to the bus operation scheduling model, and substituting the optimal strategy value obtained by model training into the bus operation optimal scheduling function to obtain an implementation scheme of bus operation scheduling. According to the method, the optimal solution is searched by adopting the Actor-Critic algorithm based on the convolutional neural network, the operation optimization scheduling of the intelligent bus is realized, the travel efficiency of passengers is improved, the operation cost of urban bus operation is reduced, and a contribution is made for further relieving urban road congestion.

    本发明公开了一种基于大数据的智慧公交运营调度方法,包括以下步骤:S1,获取公交车在相邻公交站点之间的不同时段的行车时间;S2,获取公交车在每个公交站点不同时段的上客数据;S3,建立以乘客出行效率和运营成本为约束的公交运营调度模型;S4,采用基于卷积神经网络的Actor‑Critic算法对公交运营调度模型进行模型训练,得到最优策略值;S5,根据公交运营调度模型建立公交运营最优调度函数,并将模型训练得到的最优策略值带入公交运营最优调度函数,得到公交运营调度的实施方案。本发明采用基于卷积神经网络的Actor‑Critic算法寻找最优解,实现智慧公交的运营优化调度,提升乘客出行效率的同时,降低城市公交运营的运营成本,为进一步缓解城市道路拥堵作出贡献。
