The invention relates to the field of quick change of storage batteries on vehicles, in particular to a plug connector device, a battery quick-change system and an automobile, the plug connector device comprises a female end structure and a male end structure, the female end structure is arranged at a battery box, and the male end structure is arranged at the end of a quick-change battery; wherein a floating structure is arranged on the face, away from the male end structure, of the female end structure, in the process that the female end structure and the male end structure are connected in the first direction, the floating structure allows the female end structure to float in the first direction and/or a second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. When the male end structure and the female end structure are connected in an inserted mode, tolerance absorption can be achieved through floating of the female end structure in the second direction, meanwhile, the male end structure and the female end structure are connected in the first direction, floating of the female end structure in the first direction can play a buffering role, and terminals are prevented from being collided and bent.
