The embodiment of the invention provides an oil injection simulation method and device for a bidirectional oil seal, a storage medium and electronic equipment. The oil injection simulation method comprises the steps that an oil mass injection system model is established based on a drive axle with a to-be-detected oil seal; the lubricating oil amount and working condition parameters of a preset working condition are input into the oil amount injection system model, and the liquid level height of the lubricating oil in contact with the oil seal to be detected under the preset working condition is obtained; and inputting the liquid level height of the lubricating oil into the oil mass injection system model, and obtaining oil injection parameters for injecting the lubricating oil to the to-be-detected oil seal. According to the embodiment of the invention, the actual liquid level height of the to-be-detected oil seal under different predetermined working conditions is simulated through the oil mass injection system model, and the oil injection parameter that the oil pipe needs to inject the lubricating oil to the to-be-detected oil seal in the single body test is calculated, so that the oil seal test is closer to the actual use working condition, and the accuracy and reliability of the test result are ensured.

    本公开实施例提供一种用于双向油封的喷油模拟方法、装置、存储介质及电子设备,所述喷油模拟方法包括:基于具有待检测油封的驱动桥建立油量喷射系统模型;将润滑油量和预定工况的工况参数输入至所述油量喷射系统模型中,获取在所述预定工况下的所述待检测油封接触的润滑油液面高度;将所述润滑油液面高度输入至所述油量喷射系统模型中,获取对所述待检测油封喷射润滑油的喷油参数。本公开实施例通过油量喷射系统模型模拟不同预定工况下待检测油封的实际液面高度,计算出在单体试验中油管需要对所述待检测油封喷射润滑油的喷油参数,使得油封试验更趋近于实际使用工况,保证了试验结果的准确性与可靠性。
