The invention discloses a mobile shunting system, method and equipment and a storage medium. The mobile shunting method comprises the following steps: acquiring a shunting plan and an instruction set; wherein the shunting plans are in one-to-one correspondence with the instruction sets, and the instruction sets comprise at least one shunting instruction; according to the shunting plan and the instruction set, route advance notice information is generated; and displaying the route advance notice information so as to prompt personnel of the shunting train to control the shunting to execute the shunting plan. Information and instructions of a shunting plan are shared and received through terminal equipment, automatic management of field staff operation is achieved, the operation efficiency is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the personal safety of operators is guaranteed.
