The invention discloses a vehicle thermal management control method, a vehicle thermal management system and a vehicle. The vehicle heat management control method comprises the steps that when an engine runs, if a refrigeration request of a cab controller and/or a battery heat manager is received, an integrated air conditioner is controlled to conduct refrigeration, and a first electric valve and a second electric valve are controlled to be opened; and when the engine runs, if a heating request of the cab controller and/or the battery heat manager is received, the third electric valve is controlled to be opened, so that heat generated by the engine heats the cab or the battery pack through the third electric valve. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, more refrigerating elements do not need to be arranged, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced; in addition, redistribution and utilization of energy are achieved, and the energy-saving effect is achieved.

本发明公开了一种车辆热管理控制方法、车辆热管理系统及车辆。车辆热管理控制方法包括：在发动机运行时，若接收到驾驶室控制器和/或电池热管理器的制冷请求，则控制集成式空调进行制冷，并控制第一电动阀和第二电动阀开启；在发动机运行时，若接收到驾驶室控制器和/或电池热管理器的制热请求，则控制第三电动阀开启，以使发动机产生的热量通过第三电动阀为驾驶室或电池包制热。本实施例的技术方案无需设置较多的制冷元件，降低了制造成本；并且，实现了能量的重新分配和利用，达到了节能的效果。
