A hub motor driving system disclosed by the present invention comprises a motor installed in a hub inner cavity, the motor comprises a rotor and a stator, a rotor cavity is formed in the rotor, a speed reduction device is arranged in the rotor cavity, and the speed reduction device comprises the following components: an input bevel gear fixed on a motor shaft; the first intermediate bevel gear and the second intermediate bevel gear are coaxially and fixedly connected to the intermediate shaft; the first intermediate bevel gear is meshed with the input bevel gear to form a first-stage speed reducing mechanism; the output bevel gear is fixed on the output shaft, and the output bevel gear is meshed with the second intermediate bevel gear to form a second-stage speed reducing mechanism; and the output shaft is coaxially and fixedly connected with the hub. The outer tooth bevel gears are used in the speed reduction device, so that the speed reduction device is easy to machine and manufacture, high in size precision, simple in arrangement framework, high in structural strength and small in stress deformation, the bearing capacity of the speed reduction device is improved, the vibration quantity of a hub motor driving system is reduced, and the riding comfort of a vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种轮毂电机驱动系统,包括安装在轮毂内腔中的电机,电机包括转子和定子,转子的内部形成转子空腔,转子空腔中设有减速装置,减速装置包括以下部件:输入锥齿轮,固定在电机轴上;第一中间锥齿轮和第二中间锥齿轮,同轴固接在中间轴上;第一中间锥齿轮与输入锥齿轮相啮合,构成第一级减速机构;输出锥齿轮,固定在输出轴上,输出锥齿轮与第二中间锥齿轮相啮合,构成第二级减速机构;输出轴与轮毂同轴固接。减速装置中使用的均为外齿锥齿轮,不但容易加工制造、尺寸精度较高,而且布置架构简洁,结构强度较高,受力变形较小,提升了减速装置的承载能力,而且有利于减轻轮毂电机驱动系统的振动量并改善车辆的乘坐舒适性。
