The elastic piece can drive the first hoisting section and the second hoisting section to move so as to expand the opening, the first hoisting section and the second hoisting section are prevented from loosening and drooping, the boat can enter and exit from the containing space conveniently, and the boat launching and recycling efficiency is guaranteed.
