The invention relates to a transmission device of an electric drive system of a motor vehicle, comprising a housing having a central section, a first axial end section and a second axial end section, the central section accommodating an electric machine, at least one differential transmission device being arranged in the region of the second end section of the housing, a first planetary gear set operatively connected on the input side to at least the first planetary gear set and on the output side to a first output shaft and a second output shaft, the two output shafts being coaxial to each other, the second output shaft being at least partially a hollow shaft and the first output shaft at least partially projecting into the second output shaft, according to the invention, a single first bearing is arranged radially between the second output shaft and a relatively non-rotatable component of the transmission in order to rotatably support the second output shaft, and at least one second bearing is arranged radially between the first output shaft and the second output shaft in order to rotatably support both output shafts. The invention also relates to an electric drive system of a motor vehicle, comprising a transmission and an electric machine according to the invention.
