Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-pulverization transportation method for lime pressed balls, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: sealing a transportation vehicle, and paving a layer of lime powder on the bottom layer of a carriage of the transportation vehicle; monitoring equipment, an information sharing device, an air inflation device and a controller are arranged in the transport vehicle. Directly feeding the lime briquettes into a container or a transport vehicle to be stacked, and then scattering a layer of lime powder on the surfaces of the lime briquettes; the overall state of the surface of the pressing ball is observed through monitoring equipment, and the air condition of the environment in the carriage of the transport vehicle is detected; a remediation condition is preset, and when it is monitored that the air condition reaches the remediation condition, an inflation device is used for supplementing inert gas to the carriage of the transport vehicle; if the remedy condition is not met, the transportation is continued; and finally arriving at an unloading point. According to the anti-pulverization transportation method for the lime pressed balls, the pulverization rate of the lime pressed balls in the transportation process is effectively reduced, the loss in the transportation process is reduced, and therefore transportation is more convenient.

本发明公开了一种石灰压球防粉化的运输方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：对运输车进行了密封处理，并在运输车车厢底层铺一层石灰粉；在运输车内配有监控设备、信息共享装置、充气装置和控制器；将石灰压球直接送入集装箱或者运输车内堆放，然后在表面撒上一层石灰粉；通过监控设备观察压球表面的整体状态，并检测出运输车车厢内环境的空气条件；预设补救条件，当监测到空气条件达到补救条件后，使用充气装置向运输车车厢补充惰性气体；未达到补救条件，则继续运输；最后抵达卸货点。本发明提供的一种石灰压球防粉化的运输方法，有效降低了石灰压球在运输过程中的粉化率，降低了运输过程中的损失，从而更便于运输。
