The height and the rotating speed of the rolling brush can be actively controlled, the purposes of self-adaptive control of the rolling brush and improvement of the garbage cleaning effect are achieved, the cleaning and clean-keeping process of an operation area is simplified, the garbage cleaning effect is improved, energy consumption is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced.
