The invention provides a wheel set information management method, and relates to the technical field of railway vehicle intelligent assembly special equipment, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, after measuring and recording the size parameters of a wheel set bearing, storing the wheel set bearing; s2, selecting and matching corresponding bearings from the stored bearings according to selection and matching requirements; s3, the bearings are assembled and conveyed to a conveying line; in the step S1, a bearing intelligent three-dimensional warehouse control system is adopted to automatically complete bearing measurement, taking and placing; step S, automatically outputting a corresponding bearing combination by adopting a bearing matching system; and S3, the intelligent bearing assembly information management system is adopted for automatic assembly and conveying of the bearing. Based on the technical scheme of the invention, not only can the automatic measurement and recording of the bearing size be realized, but also the automatic matching and assembling of the bearing can be carried out, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the potential safety hazard and unnecessary quality risk are avoided, and the product quality is indirectly improved.

本发明提供了一种轮对信息管理方法，涉及铁路车辆智能装配专用设备技术领域，包括以下步骤：S1、测量并记录轮对轴承尺寸参数后，存储轮对轴承；S2、依据选配需求，从存储的轴承中选配相应的轴承；S3、轴承组装，输送至运输线；其中，步骤S1采用轴承智能立体库控制系统自动完成轴承测量和取放；步骤S采用轴承选配系统自动输出对应的轴承组合；步骤S3采用轴承智能组装信息管理系统进行轴承的自动组装和输送。基于本发明的技术方案，不仅可实现轴承尺寸的自动测量和记录，还能进行轴承的自动选配和组装，大大降低劳动强度，提高工作效率，避免安全隐患和不必要的质量风险，间接提高产品质量。
