The invention relates to an electric control booster capable of building pressure back and forth and provided with a swing angle transmission mechanism, and belongs to the field of automobile braking systems. The motor and the hydraulic main cylinder take the valve body as a carrier, the axis is coaxially fixed on the valve body, one end of the transmission mechanism is connected with the ball screw component, the other end of the transmission mechanism is mounted in the first piston, the first piston is in threaded connection with the second piston, and the first piston and the second piston are in radial sliding fit with the hydraulic main cylinder. The hydraulic main cylinder has the advantages that the structure is novel and reliable, the transmission push rod and related parts connected with the transmission push rod in series drive the piston in the hydraulic main cylinder, and low pressure is built in the forward stroke and high pressure or pressure relief is built in the return stroke; the problem of brake fluid leakage caused by eccentric wear of a piston due to incomplete coaxial matching of parts is avoided, and the brake booster can be applied to electric control booster products needing an electric control strategy of reciprocating pressure building and to conventional brake, brake-by-wire, active collision avoidance, self-adaptive cruise, intelligent driving and brake energy recovery systems.

    本发明涉及一种可往复建压的、带摆角传动机构的电控助力器,属于汽车制动系统领域。电机和液压主缸以阀体为载体、且轴心同轴固定在阀体上,传动机构的一端与滚珠丝杠部件连接、另一端安装在第一活塞内,第一活塞与第二活塞螺纹连接,第一活塞和第二活塞与液压主缸径向滑动配合。优点是结构新颖、可靠,传动推杆及与之串联的相关零件带动活塞在液压主缸中,去程建立低压及回程建压高压或泄压;避免了因零件配合不完全同轴时而出现的活塞偏磨、导致的制动液泄露的问题,可应用到需要往复建压的电控策略的电控助力器产品上,以及常规制动、线控制动、主动避撞、自适应巡航、智能驾驶及制动能量回收系统中。
