The invention provides a chemical adding control method of a ship ballast water residual chlorine neutralization system. The chemical adding control method comprises the following steps: S10, acquiring retention time T of ballast water in a ballast tank; s20, calculating the dynamic standard dosing flow Q, the maximum dosing flow Qmax and the minimum dosing flow Qmin of the neutralizing agent; wherein Q = a * T (-b), Qmax = c * Q, and Qmin = d * Q; s30, after load discharging is started, a neutralizing agent is added into the load discharging pipeline according to the maximum agent adding flow Qmax; s40, detecting the current residual chlorine concentration X of the neutralized ballast water in the discharge pipeline; if the current residual chlorine concentration X is larger than the set value, the dosing flow of the neutralizing agent is increased; if the current residual chlorine concentration X is smaller than or equal to a set value, the dosing flow of a neutralizing agent is reduced, and when the dosing flow of the neutralizing agent is reduced to be smaller than or equal to the minimum dosing flow Qmin, dosing is kept at the minimum dosing flow Qmin; and S50, repeating the step S40 until the load arrangement is finished. The invention also provides a ship ballast water residual chlorine neutralization system and a controller.

    本发明提供一种船舶压载水余氯中和系统的加药控制方法,包括:S10:获取压载舱中压载水的保持时间T;S20:计算中和药剂的动态标准加药流量Q、最大加药流量Qmax和最小加药流量Qmin;其中,Q=a*T^(‑b),Qmax=c*Q,Qmin=d*Q;S30:排载开始后,向排载管路中按最大加药流量Qmax加入中和药剂;S40:检测排载管路中经中和处理后的压载水的当前余氯浓度X;若当前余氯浓度X大于设定值,则增加中和药剂的加药流量;若当前余氯浓度X小于或等于设定值,则减少中和药剂的加药流量,且当中和药剂的加药流量减少至小于或等于最小加药流量Qmin时,保持以最小加药流量Qmin进行加药;S50:重复上述S40步骤,直至排载结束。本发明还提供一种船舶压载水余氯中和系统及控制器。
