The invention discloses a front cabin structure and a vehicle. The front cabin structure comprises a front longitudinal beam, a shock absorption tower and a lap joint plate. A plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged in a cavity at the front end of the front longitudinal beam, and the cavity is divided into a plurality of small cavities which are gradually densified from front to back in the X direction of the automobile body by the reinforcing ribs. And the damping tower is arranged above the front longitudinal beam. The lap joint plate is used for lap joint of the front longitudinal beam and a dash panel of the vehicle, and the front longitudinal beam, the damping tower and the lap joint plate are integrally cast and formed.
