The invention provides an automobile battery swap station battery pack thermal runaway triggering system and a detection method, and the system comprises a battery pack detection sensor group which is used for detecting data of a battery pack and a battery pack compartment; the battery information module is used for filling and storing various data of the battery pack and battery compartment number data; the battery information sending module is used for establishing communication connection with a battery swap station control system and issuing battery information to the battery swap station control system; the fault list module is used for storing the fault information of the battery pack and realizing the storage of records; and the battery swap station control system is used for controlling the operation of the stacker, the fire-fighting cabin and the battery cabin in the battery swap station. According to the invention, through the accumulated data of the battery pack and the battery pack compartment number, the data related to the thermal runaway of the battery pack is issued to the battery swap station control system according to a fixed period, and the function detection of the fire-fighting compartment shifting of the battery pack in the battery swap station thermal runaway is realized under the condition that the battery pack is not damaged.

本发明提供了汽车换电站电池包热失控触发的系统及检测方法，包括电池包检测传感器组，用于检测电池包以及电池包仓位的数据；电池信息模块，用于对电池包各项数据和电池仓位号数据的填写及保存；电池信息发送模块，用于与换电站控制系统建立通信连接，并向换电站控制系统下发电池信息；故障列表模块，用于保存电池包故障信息，并实现记录的留存；换电站控制系统，用于控制换电站内的堆垛机、消防仓以及电池仓的运行。本发明通过累积的电池包以及电池包仓位号的各项数据，并将涉及电池包热失控的数据按照固定周期下发给换电站控制系统，实现在不损坏电池包的情况下，换电站热失控电池包消防移仓的功能检测。
